200 Today and More to Come

Today marks the 200th blog post on this website.

In the early 2010s, I blogged regularly at NM Dietitian, which is still alive. Nothing on the internet goes away.

Even before then, I had another blog in BlogSpot, or it could have been Blogger. I don’t remember.

On this website, I started in February 2021 with The Meaning of Wellness and was consistent for a couple of months, but that was because I recycled some older posts from the NM Dietitian site.

Then in the summer of 2021, the regular and mostly twice-weekly posts started with Butter In Your Coffee? Is it Worth It?

Yes, there is virtually no end to the topics I can cover in nutrition.

Sometimes, I’ve written about the same topic differently (like how carbohydrates are NOT bad and necessary).

Others are clearing up misinformation and common myths in the field, such as the myth about eggs and misleading labels.

Here are more:

Is going vegan healthier?

Is Coconut Oil a Healthy Fat?

And, Do You Need IV Therapy?

There are a few series, such as the series about sugar in October 2022 and Deconstructing Food Labels in January 2022.

There are plenty of topics and so much more to come.

If there is a topic you are curious about, let me know what it is, and I may bring it to you later this year – or send you the link to the already existing post.
